How often should a Cairns office be cleaned?

What does the tropical climate change?

More than most people expect. Humidity keeps surfaces damp for longer, mould gets a foothold in bathrooms and storage within weeks, and salt air leaves a film on glass. A cleaning schedule copied from a southern city does not hold up here.

Do you clean during or after office hours?

Either. Most offices prefer after hours so the work happens without interruption and the team arrives to a finished space. Some prefer a visible daytime presence in client facing areas. We work to whichever suits the site.

What is not included as standard?

Carpet steam cleaning, window work above ground level, fridge and microwave interiors and blind detailing sit outside a standard visit. None of it is off limits, it simply needs time booked for it. The scope goes in the quote so there is nothing to argue about later.

Do you supply the consumables?

Yes, if you want us to. Soap, hand towel, toilet paper and bin liners can be included in the arrangement and restocked as part of the visit, or you can keep supplying your own. Most offices find it easier to hand the whole thing over so nobody is making an unplanned trip for toilet paper.

Do we need to be there when you clean?

No. Most offices give us a key or an access code and never think about it again. The same people attend each visit, so access stays with a small, consistent group rather than circulating through a roster of strangers.
