Manoora

Cleaning for Manoora business premises

Manoora is largely residential with a working edge: community facilities, small offices, light industrial pockets and the service businesses that sit among them. We clean business premises here on a fixed written scope, on a schedule that suits a smaller site.

What we clean here

Mixed premises, one standard

There is no single type of commercial site in Manoora, which means the scope matters more than the template. These are the three kinds of space that come up most.

Small offices and service businesses

Desks, floors, the kitchenette and the washroom, done before you open. In a small office the kitchen and the washroom are what staff actually notice, and they are the two rooms most likely to be skipped when cleaning is squeezed in around someone else’s real job. They get the same attention as the front.

Community and training facilities

Spaces used by groups rather than staff take heavy, uneven use: a quiet week, then a full hall. Floors, chairs, tables, kitchens and washrooms all need resetting rather than maintaining. We schedule around the bookings rather than on a fixed day, which is usually what these sites actually need.

Light industrial and storage

Workshops, storage and yard-adjacent spaces generate dust and grit that travels into whatever office is attached. Hard floors need a brush and solution matched to the surface rather than a mop. Amenities on these sites take heavy use and are usually the first thing to fall behind.

Common questions

Cleaning a Manoora site

The questions we get most often from Manoora premises.

Do you cover Manoora on a regular schedule?

Yes. Manoora sits inside our normal run with Manunda and Whitfield, so travel is short enough to hold a reliable schedule rather than fitting you in when we happen to be nearby. That matters more than it sounds: most cleaning arrangements that fall apart do so because the schedule was never realistic.

Can you clean a space that is only used some days?

Yes, and that is common for community and training spaces. We schedule around the bookings rather than on a fixed day, so the clean happens after use rather than three days later. Tell us the pattern and we will build the roster around it.

What if we only need the washrooms and kitchen?

That is a perfectly normal job. Plenty of sites handle their own desks and floors with staff and bring us in for the rooms where the standard matters most and nobody wants the job. We will quote part of a site rather than insisting on all of it.

Do you work around a workshop?

Yes. Where a site has a working half and an office half, they get scoped separately because they are different jobs, then quoted together. We also keep the walkway between the two clean, which is what stops grit from the workshop ending up through the office.

Is there a minimum contract?

No lock-in contract and no minimum term. You get a written scope and a fixed price, and you can change it or stop it. We would rather keep the work by doing it properly than by holding you to a term.

How do we get a price?

Dan comes out, looks at the place and asks what actually bothers you about the current clean. You get a written scope, room by room, with a fixed figure. The walk through is free and there is nothing to sign.
